Much thanks to Sam for inviting me to be a part of this. I know myself, and while I don't consider myself a negative person, I know that I don't focus nearly enough on the positive things in my life, of which there are many. I think this is going to be an interesting challenge. Coming up with new things to be grateful for each day will make me look at my life in a totally different light.
So here's just a few things I'm grateful for this evening:
-BBQ dinner with roomies and friends.
-Hard cider.
-Funny episodes of Bones.
-White christmas lights sending a warm glow over the living room.
-My parmesan chedder baked cheese twist thingys.
-Harry Potter, books which incite the same emotions in me no matter how many times I read them.
And that's a short list. I look forward to continuing this little adventure!
